Damages:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. - Send pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to JennandJules@gmail.com including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
Returns
If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an in store credit postmarked within 30 days from the date you place your order. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of that date will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.

Our Return Policy: Store Credit Only
We want you to be happy with your purchase! While we don't offer cash refunds or direct exchanges, we're happy to issue store credit for eligible returns. You can then use this credit to grab the same item in a different size or explore something completely new from our collection!
Returning Your Item(s):
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Feel free to use any shipping carrier you prefer. We recommend holding onto your tracking number, as we can't reimburse shipping charges.
- Optional Return Label: For your convenience, we can send you a return label. If you choose this option, a $10 fee (or the actual shipping cost if it exceeds $10) will be deducted from your store credit. Important: If you use our label, it must be scanned by the post office within 7 days of your return request, or it will become void, and you'll then be responsible for purchasing your own label.
Packaging Your Return:
- You're welcome to use the original packaging or any secure packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags, as this can damage the items.
- To help us process your return efficiently, please include your original invoice or a printout of your order confirmation email. If you can't find either, just make sure we can identify your order by name, email, or phone number.
Condition of Returned Items:
- All returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached.
- We cannot accept items with stains, odors (like cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant), animal hair, or any visible signs of wear.
- If an item is rejected due to its condition, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee. Any items rejected for return that do not have a reshipping fee paid within 30 days will be donated to charity.
Receiving Your Store Credit:
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we typically process store credit within 1-2 business days, though it could take up to 5-7 business days during peak times.
- You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your store credit has been issued. Your credit will then be automatically applied to your next purchase at checkout!
