Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Free standard shipping when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges.  $12.00 Flat rate shipping for all orders under the minimum amount.


All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages


If your package seems delayed according to the carrier's tracking, please reach out to them directly. Once a package leaves our facility, they have the most up-to-date information. Keep in mind that carriers generally won't allow claims for missing items until 15 days after the mailing date (this is a USPS guideline).

We're happy to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to try and recover your order. If the carrier confirms your order was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address and we can't recover it, we will replace your items if they're still in stock after the claim processes. If we can't replace them, we'll issue a full refund for the products and any shipping costs.

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, please refer to our policy below regarding damaged or stolen packages.


Damaged or Stolen Packages


If your package arrives damaged, or if it's marked as delivered but you haven't received it (stolen), you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We highly recommend taking photos of any damage and keeping all original packaging to assist with their claim process.


All items have been fully inspected and shipped from our facility in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund items that are damaged or stolen during transit, as this responsibility falls to the carrier. Most USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $100 by default, and the carrier will work with you on compensation or replacement options. We're here to help by providing any necessary order information to support your claim.
